Crytek acquires Black Sea Studios
Bulgarian Developer becomes Crytek Black Sea
Frankfurt (Germany), July 14th, 2008 – Crytek GmbH today announced that it has acquired Bulgaria-based Black Sea Studios Ltd. Under the terms of the acquisition, Black Sea Studios will become Crytek Black Sea, a wholly owned studio. Black Sea Studios development team will remain in Sofia, Bulgaria. Financial terms were not disclosed.
“We think the acquisition of Black Sea Studios is a great opportunity to continue our strategic growth and expansion. Black Sea Studios already has a very qualified and experienced development team in place and will be continually expanded in capacity to join our tradition of producing highly innovative and creative games which Crytek is known for.”, said Avni Yerli, Managing Director of Crytek.
“Joining the Crytek family was a logical step for us as we think it is a perfect match. We are confident that our team has the creativity and passion to further contribute in creating innovative and enjoyable games. Alex, I dont know how to say this but:
What or how much is used in Crysis (in %) ?
I mean.. I have the feeling that with Crysis 1, just 40% is used of CryEngine?
(I have the feeling more resources can be used as Crysis is.)

No no no.. this is a other company but also in Bulgary.

Haha best news iv ever heard from long time since im a Bulgarian aswell ^^ i dont post alote in crymod but i dl every good map u guys make and mods/skins and stuff anyway
ps to mushroom; verno li ti is bg
ex dobre e 4e ne sam samo az v tezi forumi
