Man, we should make 'The horror ring' team, where every horror level designer will be a member Tongue

Also, for the sake of performance - I'd really suggest to you to remove the shadows from the grass, it will eat really big performance, especially for the not-so-good-pcs.

Anyway, this looks really good, but what I'd suggest is to make custom buildings, will add alot to the level Happy

Not sure yet if it will be horror or not. We are going for kind of a 'desolate' environment though. Abandoned buildings, etc. (So it could be like Ravenholm from HL2...or Chernobyl from COD4)... Wink

I don't think the grass had shadows in that pic...and anyway, none of that stuff is actually part of a 'real' level yet - we're just building prefabs at the moment, getting an idea of how we want the environment to look. Pleased

Yeah - custom buildings are a big thing for this type of environment...but neither of us are modelers...so we'll probably have to look into that further as we go along. Perhaps there is a modeler out there who would like to work with us? Wink

imagine a place, where things are not as they seem,
quite is all too quite, and you get the weird feeling that someone is watching you...

paranoia, claustrophobia, and acrophobia - would become very prominent,
and escalate the deeper you go.


sent into Petrograd to recover an artifact of strange origins,
you discover you are not alone after this artifact and things are not as simple as the mission briefing you where fed.

Welcome To Petrograd

A long forgoten town at the edge of the world


  • No Super Suit Powers
  • Specially made costum buildings
  • wonderful rich environmant
  • immersive story and gameplay that will suck you right in

these are only few of the main features - that highlight this map.

we are working on finding custom everything, but we are concentrating on the gameplay and story atm,
